Online Tour and Activity Plan is Now Live
The new Tour and Activity Plan officially replaced the old Tour Plan. All of your previously approved Tour Plans will cross over and be archived in the new system, but any outstanding ones will not. If you have submitted a Tour Plan and it is yet to be acted upon, please contact your council ASAP and check on the status. If no action is taken you will need to resubmit the trip via the new Tour and Activity Plan.

The council policy can be found here. It has not changed!! We need to understand both the council policy and the new Online Tour and Activity Plan.
