April - Week 4:

Responsible Scouter: Council Level
Task: Fall Recruitment Resource Website Live

May - Week 1:

Responsible Scouter: District Level
Task: Units Trained and Onboarded for Recruitment Events (At Roundtable)

May - Week 4:

Responsible Scouter: Unit Level
Task: School Signup Night Scheduled (Promotional Materials Confirmed)

June - Week 2:

Responsible Scouter: District Level
Task: District Support Volunteer Confirmed for Specific Schools

July - Week 3:

Responsible Scouter: Council Level
Task: Printed School Specific Marketing Materials Prepared. (Flyers, Posters)

Responsible Scouter: Unit Level
Task: BeAScout Pins up to Date and Online Registration Activated ( Back to Pack Held for returning Families )

July - Week 4:

Task: New Family Packets Prepared (Calendar, Contact Sheet)

August - Week 1:

Responsible Scouter: Council Level
Task: Digital School Specific Marketing Materials Prepared/Posted Online (Facebook Geofencing for Individual Schools, Peachjar)

August - Week 2:

Responsible Scouter: Council Level
Task: Welcome email sent to all newly recruited families (Including Council Resources and Coupon for recognition item)

Responsible Scouter: District Level
Task: Goal Achiever Status presented to unit

Responsible Scouter: Unit Level
Task: Yard Signs, Posters Flyers Delivered to School (With Support of district volunteers and staff if needed)

August - Week 3:

Task: Scout Talks Conducted & Sign-up/Recruitment Night Held & All Applications Submitted
